I received this lovely email today after seeing this client this morning. She came in very distressed and upset but after a couple of hours I had got her looking brand-new.

"This is a story of incredible joy, but it starts with some sadness as most things in life.... I had a rough year suffering with Covid and the loss of family members to the disease. I also suffer with an hormonal imbalance which brought me years of pain, infertility, skin & hair problems.

I have endured it for so long it just became my life but last year with Covid and losing my job it was just too much and my hair got the worst of it.

I have a lot of very fine hair that falls off in chunks at a time and tangles incredibly easily. I was in bed with long Covid for the best part of last year so I could not tend to my hair as I usually did. I tried to keep on top of it by trying different things but by the end of it nothing worked and actually made it worse. Of course lockdown and having all hairdressers shut was just the cherry on top of the cake. I was so upset I did not recognise myself and I was ashamed for me and my family. I just wanted to get back to normal but I did not know how. There is little information or products out there specifically dealing with my issues. So life was not great till I met Becca that is!

Becca was fantastic from the moment she texted me on Sunday (!) to arrange for my appointment to the moment I left the salon with tears of joy in my eyes.

Becca has managed to do the impossible - she got rid of all the matted hair which was huge but then she also gave me the best hair cut of my life and made me feel like a movie star. I never dreamt that anything like that could ever happen to me at this point. I am still shocked and so incredibly grateful. Becca opened her heart and her salon to me - I felt safe and in the best hands possible. She did all this in 2 hours and her prices are so reasonable. Becca also introduced me to some incredible hair products from the Philip Kingsley line specifically designed to actually take and regenerate hair of all types. I am in love with Becca and my hair which feels and looks so lush and glorious now! I am Cinderella and Becca is my Hair God Mother.
