Appointment Reminders
All clients will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before their appointment  

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment and time is important to us and we realise that, at times, circumstances may require you to either cancel or reschedule your salon visit.   


We have unfortunately experienced an increase in late cancellations and ‘No Show’ bookings. 


All clients receive an appointment reminder text 2 days before the scheduled appointment.


We require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation so that we can refill your appointment space with another client. 


A cancellation or request to reschedule a booking less than 48 hours in advance means that we may not fill your appointment space so we reserve the right to take full payment.

 

If you do not turn up for your appointment we reserve the right to take full payment for the absent booking.

Whether you use a wheelchair or have difficulty using steps, even have a pushchair you have access to our salon via our ramp.

Please call ahead of your appointment and we will ensure the ramp is in place for you.
